We started the journey in 2002. Heartland Edge was a compilation of ideas from title innovators that gave the title company back to the people and provided the highest quality service  any title company can offer. 

Heartland Edge is a full service affiliated business arrangement between title professionals with 50+ years' cumulative experience and the real estate, lending, legal and building community.. Our comanpy has ____ branch locations through central southeastern Pennsylvania in Berks, Schuylkill, Lebanon, and Lancaster counties. 

Founder Dave Wierzbicki has taken his 17 years of title experience with key employees with equal or greater experience and created a TEAM CONCEPT work force. Any one employee can help our customers in any office at any time.; We call it customer service, our competition calls it crazy. 

We are a licensed title agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Second and vacation home closings and refinances can be handled in New Jersey. Heartland Edge's service also extends beyond normal business hours at a variety of locations through our national underwriting network.
